How long does a hearing test take? +

A comprehensive hearing evaluation typically takes 45 to 60 minutes including consultation, testing, and discussion of results.

Do you repair hearing aids from other clinics? +

Yes, we repair most major brands regardless of where they were purchased. Bring your hearing aid in and we’ll assess the issue and give you a repair estimate.

How often should I service my hearing aid? +

We recommend a professional clean and check every 6 months. Daily home cleaning is also important — we’ll show you how when you purchase from us.

Do you offer home visits? +

For elderly or mobility-limited patients in the Dhaka city & Gazipur area, we may arrange home visits on request. Please call us to discuss availability.
